Project Business Analyst (Fixed Term - 2 Years)

We're looking for a Project Business Analyst to join our Business Improvement team on a two-year fixed-term contract. This is an exciting time to join PowerNet as we invest significantly in our future systems and capabilities, including the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). You'll play a key role in helping deliver these and other strategic initiatives that will shape how we work and serve our customers into the future.

About the role
Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you'll work with leaders, subject matter experts and project teams to deliver projects that improve business processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders
- Mapping current and future-state business processes
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement
- Supporting change management and business readiness activities
- Assisting with testing, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
You're a curious and collaborative professional who enjoys solving problems, engaging with stakeholders and finding better ways of working.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment
A qualification in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Change Management, Project Management, or a related discipline will be advantageous.
