Looking for an opportunity to influence change as part of a high-impact team? As
a Senior Change Manager, you'll help shape how ACC delivers meaningful outcomes
for New Zealanders through a range of typically large or complex initiatives –
be that health services, technology or business initiatives. You'll partner with
leaders and programme/project teams to develop change strategies and
implementation activities that drive adoption, build capability and deliver
sustainable results.
You'll join the Design and Change team within Change Delivery, part of ACC's

What makes this team unique is its focus on both strategy and delivery. You'll
work alongside talented practitioners who are passionate about solving complex

capability and leadership. You’ll be responsible for enabling the implementation
of change processes in their entirety – from identifying impacts through to
embedding and sustaining the change. You will also be expected to actively
contribute to our change practice and mentor or support other team members.
The team is collaborative and delivery-focused and operates in a matrix
structure. Practitioners currently work in a wide range of initiatives,
